Level II-In addition to the Level I services, Level II provides the State of Tennessee Property Record card for 90 of 95 TN Counties, mailing labels, interactive post cards (customizable), radius searching, text download of the most used fields for up 1000 parcels at a time, saved queries and statistical analysis of sales data.

Cost:$160per quarter based on individual and small business consumption. Specifically, 10 megabytes of data transfer or less per quarter (virtually everybody). One connection at a time per username and password.

Enterprise-Corporate accounts requiring more than 10 megabytes of transfer per month. These accounts may also require more the one access at a time, thus more than one username and password. All of the features provided with Level II.

Cost:Up to $500 per county, per year including tax maps.

Tax maps-You can add tax maps, where available, to Level I or II.

Statewide Owner Name SearchSearch all properties on our system by owner name.  Add this service to Level I or II.
